Hi my name is Suzanne Hansen and I am the creator of Buttonbow. I have always been a bit of a free spirit which is evident throughout each piece I now design through my love of Micro Macrame. I grew up with a mother who would knit, sew all our clothes and love her embroidery. I watched very closely and I picked it up very quickly. This is also how I make my micro macrame pieces. I don’t use patterns or tutorials. It all comes within and the creation evolves with each knot I make. I have been making Micro Macrame pieces now for 2 years and continue to explore the use of Stones, Crystals and Wax Cords and I can truly say I have found my passion and love sharing this through lessons.
