Thank you for shopping with us at Scattered Arts but if you do you need to Return or Exchange goods from the Scattered Arts online store?
• What happens if you change your mind after placing the order?
We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
• What happens if I am not happy with the goods?
Faulty, significantly not as described or shipped in error items may be returned for a full refund including shipping cost in line with Australian Consumer Laws. The item must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
We will make every effort to process items returned to the Scattered Arts online store within 7 business days of receipt at our gallery.
