Paper Flower Challenge- July For our Spring Market Paper Flower Challenge- July For our Spring Market to be held at the Manly Lota RSL Hall, we would like to decorate the hall with a Spring theme. So that means lots of flowers. The challenge is to make a bunch, garland, posy or wreath of paper or fabric flowers. Submit a picture to us here. We have organised a florist to judge the winner. The prize will be something floral. Of course, part of the challenge is that we get to use your handmade floral creations at our Spring market to add to the festive atmosphere.
